At the initial stage of publication in Journal Nursepedia, copyright of published manuscripts was held by the journal. However, following benchmarking with other journal publishers, starting from Volume 1 Issue 3, copyright of the published manuscripts is retained by the authors. By submitting and publishing their work in this journal, authors agree to the following terms:

Authors retain copyright and grant Journal Nursepedia the right of first publication, while simultaneously licensing their work under a Creative Commons Attribution License, which allows others to use the work with proper acknowledgment of authorship and initial publication in this journal.
